El Paso County Real Estate Market Sees Home Sales Increase | Published: 6/10/2016 | Homesnap...

The El Paso County market was healthy in this week's report, as the number of home sales rose 3.8%, pushing the total to 605 homes sold over the last 30 days. At the same time, Hudspeth County reported 13 home sales, the highest number from all the surrounding counties. The median sales price climbed to $145,500 over the latest reporting period for El Paso County, up from $143,950.
